Machine description
Three-roller grinder is mainly used for grinding soap particles.
The three rollers are arranged in a V shape, which is conducive to soap granule extrusion, good grinding effect, and denser soap material; the waterway covers a large area and is easy to cool;
3 motors drive 3 rollers to replace the previous gears. It is easy to operate and eliminates the need to replace gear accessories.
The fuselage adopts steel structure, which is strong and sturdy, has long service life, low noise, wear resistance, and stable and reliable operation.
The surface of the roller is made of chilled alloy material to make the roller wear-resistant (SS420 stainless steel can be used if there are special requirements).
The gap between the rollers can be easily adjusted to achieve different grinding effects and production capacity requirements.
The three-roller grinder mixes and grinds the soap particles and accessories again to further improve the density and quality of soap and toilet soap. Its working principle is to use the different rotation directions and speeds of the three rollers to squeeze and rub the material on the surface of the rollers. The scraper cuts the extruded and ground soap flakes into long strips and sends them to the bottom through the conveyor belt. One machine vacuum strip machine.

1. The roller of the equipment is made of chilled alloy casting with high surface hardness and wear resistance, which can make the grinding fineness of soap particles reach about 15mm. it is also equipped with a water cooling system;
2. The transmission part adopts gear transmission. the precision-machined gears have long service life, low noise, and stable and
reliable operation;
3. The grinding gap between the three rollers is adjustable to meet the needs of different grinding effects.
4.Final fineness can be around 2-10um(measured by the fineness gauge).
5.Manually adjust roller clearance,simple and reliable structure.
6.Can be heated or cool be cycle hot mater/oil,cooling water.
