Machine description
This machine consists of a first-stage single-screw refining machine, which uses a single-screw refined extrusion to produce bars, and is mainly used for mixing and grinding soap. the integrated motor and reducer has high transmission efficiency. together with the unique bearing box seal design, it can effectively avoid the problem of oil leaking into the cylinder and contaminating soap.
This machine adopts a fully hardened gear reducer, and the screw is made of new aluminum alloy material or high-quality stainless steel, which is highly corrosion-resistant and durable. all other parts that come into contact with soap are made of high-quality stainless steel. the control part can adopt frequency conversion or electromagnetic speed regulation, and the production capacity can be adjusted arbitrarily.
