Machine description

The automatic one cavity soap stamping machine is stamping the soap bars extruded from the vacuum soap plodder machine left and right through the soap stamping machine to stamoing out the soap bars' shape and logo. for different soap shapes and logo, you only need to change the mold.
This machine is the back molding equipment of the soap production line. The one-dozen soap printer continuously extrudes the soap bars from the vacuum bar extruder and cuts them into soap bases of a certain length by the cutting machine, and then automatically feeds the top soap bars into the printer. On the rod, the top soap rod sends the soap base to the printing mold. Through the lateral extrusion of the printing mold, combined with the rotary motion of the rotary mold and the rotation of the suction cup, the soap base is continuously and well cut into pieces. Forming, printing, and using an edge trimmer to remove excess soap edges, and then transporting them to the vacuum strip machine for reprocessing through the return conveyor belt. The mold of the soap printer is customized according to the shape and size of the customer's soap. Customers only need to replace the copper mold to make soap of different shapes and weights. The soap printer mold is made of copper mold, and the equipment needs to be equipped with a chiller for cooling. The chiller cools the mold so that the printed soap can be quickly demoulded and the finished soap can be output.


Machine Features
1. The roller printing wheel of the equipment relies on the soap bars extruded from the vacuum bar extruder to drive the rotation of the roller printing wheel. The two rollers are driven by bevel gears. they are light in weight and have good shock absorption and lubrication performance, ensuring that the upper and lower rollers the roller printing wheel rotates synchronously, and the printed fonts or patterns are aligned up and down, and the fonts are clear;
2. The roller printing wheel can be designed with a variety of fonts and patterns according to the different needs of customers, and can accurately produce soaps of various specifications and weights;
3. Adopt an electronic cursor tracking system and use photoelectric sensors to obtain operation signals. the processor used can switch the cutting length of the soap at will according to the customer's needs. at the same time, the cutting point of the cutting wheel can be adjusted to ensure that the cut surface of the soap is vertical and beautiful.

Machine working principle
1. This machine adopts a conjugate disk-shaped indexing cam mechanism, which has high movement accuracy and small impact during printing work. It is more adaptable to higher-speed printing operations and ensures that the mold closing marks of the soap are small and beautiful;
2. The suction cup uses a vacuum method to suck the printed soap out of the rotating mold, and continues to suck the soap to the conveyor belt. There is refrigerant circulation in the mold, making it easy to demould the soap;
3. For different customers' different requirements for soap, soap molds of different specifications, patterns, and weights can be made and replaced
to produce various types of soap with high production efficiency;
4. Equipped with a soap edge trimmer to make the finished soap body clean, smooth and beautiful, and can be packaged directly.


Working principle
The front end of the equipment is connected to a bar dispenser. he soap bars are sent to the printer by a conveyor belt. after being printed and formed by the mold, the finished soap is manually picked out.
